USPS Resolution & Agreement

October 29, 2025

 

ATTENDANCE:

Councilwoman Mary Beth McEwen-Absent

Councilman Darrin Smith

Deputy Supervisor Jason Spellicy

Councilman Jason Lamb

Town Clerk Carol Huber

 

CALL TO ORDER:

Deputy Supervisor Spellicy called the meeting to order at 3:01 pm. Followed by the Pledge of Allegiance.

 

RESOLUTION 32:

The Resolution 32 authorizing and approving the United States Postal Service Lease and Commission agreement was read out loud by Deputy Supervisor Spellicy. There were no questions. Councilman Lamb made a motion to sign the agreement and Councilman Smith seconded the motion.

The Town Clerk will email the required parties and mail a hard copy to the USPS. A copy of the Agreement will be filed in the Clerk’s Office.

ADJOURNMENT:

Councilman Lamb made a motion to adjourn the meeting at 3:08 pm and Deputy Supervisor Spellicy seconded and all were in favor.
