TOWN OF VIENNA SPECIAL MEEING WEDNESDAY
SEPTEMBER 13, 2023

PRESENT: Supervisor Davis, Councilman Smith, Councilman, Lamb and Councilman Spellicy

TOPIC: Appointment to Planning Board

Supervisor Davis spoke to Rick Leos about the Appointment to the Planning Board and reminded him of the Ethic Law Section 4 Sub Part D, that he can’t be an Appointed Official and on the Town Republican Committee. At which time no decision on whether he would accept the position.

A motion was made by Councilman Spellicy and seconded by Councilman Lamb to rescind the Appointment made on September 6, 2023 allowing the potential attendee time to decide whether or not he accepts this appointment per terms of the Towns Ethics Law. No action taken. Motion Carried.

A motion was made by Councilman Smith and seconded by Councilman Lamb to purchase 2 E-one Grinder Pumps. Motion Carried.

A motion was made by Councilman Lamb and Seconded by Councilman Spellicy at 5:46pm to go into Executive Session. Motion Carried.
