SPECIAL TOWN BOARD MEETING

6:30pm Tuesday September 5th, 2023

ATTENDENCE:

Councilman Darrin Smith Councilman Jason Spellicy Supervisor Michael Davis ABSENT: Councilman Jason Lamb Supervisor Davis called the meeting to order at 6:30pm, to conduct interviews for the vacant position on the Town Board left by Councilman Gail Whitham. Five candidates were interviewed. A motion was made by Councilman Spellicy and second by Councilman Smith to appoint Douglas Jordan to fill the position on the Town Board until December 31, 2023. Motion Carried.
