NOTICE OF ANNUAL ELECTION OF THE SYLVAN BEACH FIRE DISTRICT
in the Town of Vienna, County of Oneida
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to Town Law, the annual election of the SYLVAN
BEACH, Fire District will be held at the firehouse located at 908 Main Street, Sylvan Beach
New York, 13157 on the 10th day of December, 2024, between the hours of 6 p.m. and 9 pm.
For the purpose of electing one (1) fire district commissioner to a five-year term, commencing on
January 1, 2025 and ending on December 31, 2029.
Any person desiring to have their name added to the ballot for this position must submit their
name and address in writing to the Secretary of the Fire District no later than November 20th
2024.
Those who are qualified to vote at the elections are qualified voters who shall have resided in
said fire district for thirty days next preceding such election. Any person wishing to vote must be
registered to vote on or before November 19, 2024.
