Request For Proposal For the Purchase and Installation of New Generators for the Vienna Town Hall And Vienna Highway Garage 9/11/2024

Town of Vienna is accepting proposals for the purchase and installation of a new 26 kW generator for the Town Hall located at 2083 State RTE 49, North Bay, NY 13316. Also, a new 40 kW generator for the Highway Garage located at 2740 NYS RTE 49, Blossvale, NY 13308.  All proposals must be received by the Town Clerk no later than 3:00 pm on October 2, 2024.  Bids will be opened at 7:00 pm on October 2, 2024 at the Town Board Meeting.  Licensing, Bonding, Insurance and References are required. Information required for the proposal can be found in the RFP packet. Copies of the packet can be obtained at the Town Clerk’s office.

The Town Board reserves the right to accept or reject any or all proposals. Contract will be awarded to the proposal that best accommodates the various project requirements.  Any questions can be directed to the Town Clerk at 315-245-2191 or email.
