TOWN OF VIENNA
SPECIAL TOWN MEETING MINUTES
JANUARY 11, 2021

PRESENT:
Supervisor William A. Graham
Councilman Michael M. Davis Sr.
Councilwoman Lorraine Padavan
Councilwoman Gail Whitham

ABSENT:
Councilman Jason C. Lamb

CALL TO ORDER:
Supervisor Graham called the meeting to order at 2:10PM.  Pledge of Allegiance.

PUBLIC HEALTH EMERGENCY PLAN:
There was a lot of discussion about what the state requires in the plan and the time lines that are necessary to be kept.  Tim Rlecker (Emergency Preparedness Solutions, LLC) has offered his/there services in the amount of four thousand dollars. 

A motion was entertained by Councilman Davis and seconded by Councilwoman Padavan to use the services of Tim Rlecker (Emergency Preparedness Solutions, LLC) for the preparation of the Town of Vienna’s Public Health Emergency Plan.  Motion carried.

A motion was entertained by Supervisor Graham and seconded by Councilwoman Padavan to adjourn the meeting at 2:50PM.  Motion carried.
