2026 TOWN BOARD MEETINGS
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Town Board of the Town of Vienna will be holding all regular monthly meetings for the year 2026 on the first Wednesday of every month, starting at 7:00 PM at 2083 State Rt. 49, North Bay, Oneida County, New York. The first meeting in January, the organizational meeting, will be held on January 7th, 2026 @ 7:00 PM.

The Town of Vienna Zoning Board of Appeals (ZBA) will hold an organizational meeting on Thursday January 22, 2026 at 6:30 pm at the Vienna Town Hall located at 2083 NYS Route 49, North Bay. In addition to covering organizational items, the ZBA may discuss any applications before the board at that time. This meeting is open to the public.

NOTICE OF COMPLETION OF THE TENTATIVE ASSESSMENT ROLL; Pursuant to section 506 and Article 15A section 526 of Real Property Tax Law
Notice is hereby given that the tentative tax roll for the Town of Vienna, Oneida County has been completed by the Assessor for the current year.
Notice to Property Owners in the Town of Vienna
Section 430, Schedule B of the Town of Vienna Zoning Law requires a Special Use Permit, issued by the Town of Vienna Town Planning Board, prior to operating any residential structure located within the town as a tourist home so defined by the Zoning Law.
This includes Airbnb, Vrbo and similar type rentals including new, or any existing properties that may be currently operating as a tourist home within the town without a Special Use Permit. To obtain a Special Use Permit, you must first submit a building permit application with the Code Enforcement Officer for a change of use. The application will then be forwarded to the Planning Board for their review.
A building permit application can be obtained on the town’s web site, townofviennany.org or from the code enforcement office located in the Town Hall.
