CALL TO ORDER:
Supervisor Graham called the meeting to order at 6:00PM.  Pledge of Allegiance.

The sole purpose of this meeting is a Budget Workshop.

2022 TENTATIVE BUDGET:
The town board worked on the budget and made several changes as follows.

The budget officer will put building improvements of 230,000.00 in the budget somewhere.

PUBLIC HEARING: North Shore Ambulance
A motion was entertained by Supervisor Graham and seconded by Councilwoman Whitham to set a public hearing for the North Shore Ambulance for Wednesday November 3rd at 7:05pm.  Motion carried.

PAY INCREASES:
A motion was entertained by Supervisor Graham and seconded by Councilwoman Whitham to increase the rate of pay from $16.00 per hour to $18.00 per hour beginning January 1, 2022 for all Clerks, Deputies, and the Cleaner.  This motion excludes the current clerk to the assessor whom will stay at her current rate of pay of $20.00 per hour.  Motion does not carry.

A motion was entertained by Supervisor Graham and seconded by Councilman Davis to increase the rate of pay from $16.00 per hour to $17.00 per hour beginning January 1, 2022 for all Clerks, Deputies, and the Cleaner.  This motion excludes the current clerk to the assessor whom will stay at her current rate of pay of $20.00 per hour.  Motion carried.

A motion was entertained by Supervisor Graham and seconded by Councilman Davis to increase the rate of pay from $25.00 per hour to $26.00 per hour beginning January 1, 2022 for the codes officer.  Motion carried.

A motion was entertained by Supervisor Graham and seconded by Councilman Lamb to pay each ZBA member $100.00 per year beginning the year 2022.  This will be paid out of the contractual by voucher at the end of the year.  Motion carried.
