PRESENT: Supervisor Michael M. Davis Sr., Councilman Jason Spellicy, Councilwoman Wendy Herbst, Councilwoman Gail Whitham, Councilman Jason Lamb
CALL TO ORDER:
Supervisor Davis called the meeting to order at 3:00PM. Pledge of Allegiance.
Highway Superintendent: Gregory Derochie and Jeffrey Kobler have been approved to work for the highway garage. Looking for a motion to hire both of them.
A motion was entertained by Councilman Spellicy and seconded by Councilman Lamb to hire Gregory Derochie and Jeffrey Kobler to fill the highway positions. Motion carried.

PUBLIC HEARING: 5-Year Contract for Camden Fire District proposed 2023 Budget

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Town Board of the Town of Vienna will be holding a Public Hearing for the Camden Fire District proposed 2023 Budget Monday October, 2022 at 3:05 PM at 2083 NYS Route 49, North Bay, NY 13123.
At such public hearing, all persons will be given an opportunity to be heard.
A motion was entertained by Supervisor Davis and seconded by Councilwoman Herbst to open the public hearing at 3:05pm. Motion carried.

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Town Board of the Town of Vienna will be holding a Public Hearing for the Cleveland Fire District proposed 2023 Budget Monday October, 2022 at 3:05 PM at 2083 NYS Route 49, North Bay, NY 13123.
At such public hearing, all persons will be given an opportunity to be heard.

Councilman Spellicy: Believes the Town should look into doing a 3-year contract with Cleveland at the 7%
Councilman Lamb: Also, in agreeance that the Town should do a 3-year contract at the 7%
Councilwoman Herbst: The Town should stay with the 5-year contract at the 7%
Supervisor Davis:
A motion was entertained by Supervisor Davis and seconded by Councilwoman Whitham to approve the 5-year contract for the Cleveland Fire District proposed 2023 budget. Motion carried.

A motion was entertained by Supervisor Davis and seconded by Councilman Spellicy to go through Buell’s Fuels for the 70/30 Diesel, Summer Diesel, 87 Octane Gas, Heating Oil, and Kerosene. Motion carried.

Budget Workshop #2:
There were no changes made to the B, DA, SS2, and special districts funds.
A change was made to the Judges Clerks to have an overall budget of 22,500 split between the two clerks.

A motion was entertained by Supervisor Davis and seconded by Councilman Lamb to enter into executive session for Possible Litigation at 4:28pm. Motion carried.
