Ethics Board Minutes

October 20, 2021

Present: 

Ethics Board Members – Joyce Palmer, Mable Smith and Darrin Smith

Absent: Tina DiIorio

Meeting called to order at 7:09 PM, by Joyce Palmer with a quorum present.

A motion to approve the Ethics Board minutes from the August 18, 2021 meeting was made by Mable Smith with a second from Joyce Palmer. All in favor, motion carried.

The Ethics Board discussed ongoing frustrations of not being able to sustain a full board. No new applicants currently. Mable Smith mentioned trying to get some neighbors to apply for the vacant position.

There was a discussion about the Advisory Letter to the Town Board addressing a complaint from 2/1/21. Darrin Smith confirmed with Supervisor Graham that the issue has not yet been resolved, but action is being taken by the Town Board to address the complaint. No new information available.

The next Ethics Board meeting is scheduled for April 20, 2022 @ 7:00 PM.

Having no other business to conduct, Joyce Palmer made a motion to adjourn, seconded by Darrin Smith. All in favor, motion carried; 7:21 PM.
