TOWN OF VIENNA
SPECIAL MEETING MINUTES
OCTOBER 27, 2021

PRESENT: Supervisor William A. Graham
Councilman Michael M. Davis Sr.
Councilman Jason C. Lamb
Councilwoman Gail Whitham

CALL TO ORDER:
Supervisor Graham called the meeting to order at 6:02PM.  Pledge of Allegiance.

2022 TENTATIVE BUDGET:
The town board worked on the budget and made no additional changes.

BUILDING INSPECTOR:
A motion was entertained by Supervisor Graham and seconded by Councilwoman Whitham to hire Jay Hollenbeck as a part time building inspector.  Motion carried.

SYLVAN BEACH:
There was a letter distributed from the Village of Sylvan Beach requesting money from the Town.  There was discussion and it was noted that the taxes paid by Village residents on town taxes go for the services rendered by Elected Officials such as the Town Clerks duties etc.

EXECUTIVE SESSION: Litigation
A motion was entertained by Supervisor Graham and seconded by Councilman Lamb to enter into executive session for litigation at 6:23pm.  Motion carried.

A motion was entertained by Councilman Lamb and seconded by Councilwoman Whitham to return to regular session at 6:43pm.  Motion carried.

ADJOURN: 6:43PM
A motion was entertained by Councilman Davis and seconded by Councilman Lamb to adjourn the meeting at 6:43PM. Motion carried.
