CALL TO ORDER:
Supervisor Graham called the meeting to order at 1:450PM.  Pledge of Allegiance.

APPOINTMENT: ETHIC’S BOARD
A motion was entertained by Supervisor Graham and seconded by Councilwoman Padavan to appoint Mabel Smith to the Ethic’s Board.  Motion carried.
