SPECIAL TOWN MEETING MINUTES

March 15, 2022

 PRESENT: Supervisor Michael Davis Sr., Councilwoman Wendy  Herbst, Councilwoman Gail Whitham, Councilman Jason Spellicy

 ABSENT:        

Councilman Jason C. Lamb

 CALL TO ORDER:

Supervisor Davis called the meeting to order at 3:00PM.  Pledge of Allegiance.

 Comprehensive Plan

A discussion had taken place on the Comprehensive Plan. The Town Board and Public have come to agreeance on the following:

  • Leave part 1-4 alone
  • Section 5 pg. 17 “all types of environmental pollution”- Take out the specifics, keep all recreational uses. And for the safety of the residents of the town.
  • Leave 6 out for shore residentials
  • Pg. 15 change the word “deleterious” to “detrimental”

 

Councilman Comments:

 Councilwoman Whitham– Nothing

Councilwoman Herbst– Nothing

Councilman Spellicy– Nothing

Supervisor Davis– Add websites from the census and such to address subdivisions. We will forward it to Matt Johnson

 

Executive Session: Personnel Matters Constable No action taken.

A motion was entertained by Councilman Spellicy and seconded by Councilwoman Whitham to enter into executive session for at 3:26PM. Motion Carried.

 A motion was entertained by Councilman Spellicy and seconded by Councilwoman Whitham to return to regular session at 3:42PM.

A motion was entertained by Supervisor Davis and seconded by Councilwoman Whitham to adjourn the meeting at 3:45PM.  Motion carried.
