TOWN MEETING MINUTES
APRIL 7, 2021

CALL TO ORDER:
Supervisor Graham called the meeting to order at 7:00PM. Pledge of Allegiance.

COUNTY LEGISLATOR: NORM LEACH
Norm gave an update on what was going on at the county level.

NOCCOG: JOE ROWLANDS
Joe gave an update and the announcements can be viewed on the town web site tovlookup.org or in the Town Clerk’s Office.

APPROVAL OF MINUTES:
A motion was entertained by Supervisor Graham and seconded by Councilwoman Whitham to approve the minutes of the March 3rd meeting. Motion carried.

AUDITED VOUCHERS:
A motion was entertained by Councilman Lamb and seconded by Councilwoman Whitham to approve the audited vouchers beginning with voucher #103 thru voucher #146 in the amount of $35,750.35. Motion carried.

SUPERVISOR’S REPORT:
The supervisors report for the month of February is done and in the clerk’s office.

All OTHER OFFICES MONTHLY REPORT:
All other office reports are in the Town Clerk’s office and will be on line.

TOWN CLERK’S REPORT:
The Clerk read her report for the month of March.

HIGHWAY:
The Superintendent said they have been very busy with clean up from the wind storms recently. He said it is in the town’s best interest to enter into the agreement with Oneida County for roadside mowing.

A motion was entertained by Supervisor Graham and seconded by Councilwoman Padavan to enter into the mowing agreement with Oneida County. Motion carried.

MEMORIAL DAY PARADE:
It was discussed and the consensus was that it is in the best interest of the community not to hold a Memorial Day Parade this year due to the Pandemic.

A motion was entertained by Supervisor Graham and seconded by Councilman Davis to cancel the 2021 Memorial Day Parade for the safety of the community. Motion carried.

RESOLUTION #23 OF 2021: SCHEDULED WORK DAY AND REPORTING
A motion was entertained by Supervisor Graham and seconded by Councilwoman Whitham to adopt Resolution #23 of 2021 Scheduled Work Day and Reporting. Motion carried.

PUBLIC HEARING:
A motion was entertained by Supervisor Graham and seconded by Councilwoman Padavan to set a public hearing for May 5, 2021 at 7:05pm for Local Law #3 of 2021 Zoning Law Updated. Motion carried.
