SPECIAL TOWN MEETING MINUTES
May 23, 2022
PRESENT: Supervisor Michael Davis Sr., Councilwoman Gail Whitham, Councilman Jason Spellicy

CALL TO ORDER:
Supervisor Davis called the meeting to order at 4:35PM. Pledge of Allegiance.
Resolution #22 of 2022 Standard Work Day and Reporting Resolution
Resolution #22 of 2022 was gone over and discussed that the updated Record of Activities for the Supervisor and the Town Clerk has been updated. The Town Clerks Record of Activities Result based on the average of three months was 27. The Supervisors Record of Activities Result based on the average of three months was 17. The resolution for the Record of Activities has been posted on the bulletin board at the Town Hall located at 2083 NYS Rte. 49 North Bay, NY 13123.

Standard Work Day and Reporting Resolution
BE IT RESOLVED, that the Town of Vienna hereby establishes the following as standard work days for elected and appointed officials and will report the following days worked to the New York State and Local Employees’ Retirement System based on the record of activities maintained and submitted by these officials to the clerk of this body:

I, Rachelle M Johnston, clerk of the governing board of the Town of Vienna, of the State of New York, do hereby certify that I have compared the foregoing with the original resolution passed by such board, at a legally convened meeting held on the 23rd day of May , 2022 on file as part of the minutes of such meeting, and that same is a true copy thereof and the whole of such original.

A motion was entertained by Supervisor Davis and seconded by Councilwoman Whitham to accept Resolution #22 of 2022 Standard Work Day and Reporting Resolution. Motion Carried.

A motion was entertained by Councilman Spellicy and seconded by Councilwoman Whitham to reimburse Supervisor Davis for the PA System for use at the Town Highway Garage meetings and any Town Events. Motion Carried.
