CALL TO ORDER: 

Supervisor Davis called the meeting to order at 7:00PM.  Pledge of Allegiance.

 

PUBLIC HEARING: Commentary and Draft 2022 on Zoning Law Revisions No. 5

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Town Board of the Town of Vienna will be holding a Public Hearing for the 2022 Commentary and Draft on Zoning Law Revisions No. 5 Tuesday June 21, 2022 at 7:05 PM at 2740 NYS Route 49, North Bay, NY 13123.

At such public hearing, all persons will be given an opportunity to be heard.   

No Legal Notice was published for said hearing. 

 

A motion was entertained by Councilman Spellicy and seconded by Councilwoman Herbst to open the public hearing at 7:05pm.  Motion carried.

The Town Board will hold another Public Hearing on August 3, 2022 at 7:05 pm at 2083 NYS Rte. 49 due to an improper posting in the Queen Central News Paper. The Public Hearing was used as an informational meeting, at the next scheduled hearing all persons will have the opportunity to be heard. 

 

A motion was entertained by Councilwoman Whitham and seconded by Councilman Spellicy to close the public hearing at 7:35pm.  Motion carried.
