ETHICS BOARD MEETING MINUTES

CALL TO ORDER:

Meeting was called to order at 7:00PM.  Pledge of Allegiance.

Oath of Office:

The Oath of Office was administered by Supervisor Mike Davis on behalf of the Town Clerk.

Appointment: Chairperson

A motion was entertained by Mabel Smith and seconded by Tamara Smith to appoint Catherine Davis as Ethics Board chairwomen.  Motion carried.

           Mabel Smith           Aye

Appointment: Secretary

A motion was entertained by Tamara Smith and seconded by Robert Biscombe to appoint Mabel Smith as Ethics Board secretary.  Motion carried.
