CALL TO ORDER: 

Supervisor Graham called the meeting to order at 2:00PM.  Pledge of Allegiance.

 

TOWN HALL IMPROVEMENTS: 

The board discussed what improvements are necessities for the Town Hall.  The Supervisor and Councilman Davis will get together and write up what needs to be done so the work can be put out to bid.  

 

HIGHWAY: 

The highway Superintendent needs to purchase tires.  He is asking the board to approve the expenditure of three thousand nine hundred eleven dollars and ninety two ($3,911.92) cents.  

 

A motion was entertained by Councilman Davis and seconded by Supervisor Graham to approve the expenditure of three thousand nine hundred eleven dollars and ninety two ($3,911.92) cents for tires for the highway garage.  Motion carried.

A motion was entertained by Councilman Davis and seconded by Supervisor Graham to have McConnellsville Sand deliver the sand to the highway garage instead of having the highway department pick it up as stated in the original motion to accept the bid from McConnellsville Sand.  Motion carried.

EXECUTIVE SESSION: POSSIBLE LITIGAION 

A motion was entertained by Supervisor Graham and seconded by Councilman Davis to enter into executive session for possible litigation at 2:22pm.  Motion carried.
