A Local Law Giving Property Owners in North Shore Sewer District Option to Connect to Sewer System
Any previously enacted local law, ordinance or resolution to the contrary notwithstanding, in the event the North Shore Sewer District presently under consideration is created, the property owners in that sewer district shall not be obligated to connect to the sewer system except to the extent contemplated in the Map, Plan and Report dated July, 2011 by Barton & Loguidice, P.C., Professional Engineers.
