Town of Vienna Local Law #3 of the Year 2012 

A Local Law to rescind the law that the town board made classifying the position of the Supervisor as full time.

Section I.

Local No. #14 of the year of 2008 establishing the position of the Town Supervisor as full time is repealed in its entirety.

Section II. The Town Board deems it is no longer necessary for the Supervisor’s position to be full time. The Town Board of the Town of Vienna declares the position of the Town Supervisor to be a part time position.

Section III. This Local Law will take effect immediately upon filing in the Office of the Secretary of State.
