The purpose of the public hearing is to consider a 2-lot subdivision/reallocation at 2448/2460 NYS Route 49. Tax Map # 217.000-2-20.5/20.4. Zone Commercial/WR.

The purpose of the public hearing is to consider a 2-lot subdivision and special use permit at 2380/2381/2379/2385 NYS Route 49. Tax Map #s 217.000-2-24/25/26/27. Four lots have been merged into one and will now proposed to be subdivided. Into 2 lots The special use permit is to construct a 9100 sf building for a new business. Zone Commercial.
