Legal Notice of Public Hearing on McConnellsville Fire District Budget 2025
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Proposed Budget of the McConnellsville Fire District of the Towns of Vienna and Annsville , State of New York, will be presented to the Board of Fire Commissioners of the McConnellsville Fire District, for its consideration.
A PUBLIC HEARING will be held at 6:00 p.m. at the McConnellsville Fire Hall, 8480 MillPond Way, Blossvale New York 13308, in the Town of Vienna, State of New York on the 15 day of October 2024.
Pursuant to Town Law 181.3(a), the Board of Fire Commissioners must hold a public hearing on the budget.
The purpose of the public hearing is to allow any person to be heard in favor of or against the proposed budget as it is submitted, or for or against any item or items contained in the proposed budget, and hearing all persons interested in the subject concerning same.
That a copy of the proposed budget is available at the Office of the Town Clerks of the Towns of Vienna and Annsville at 2083 NYS Rte 49, North Bay New York, 13123 and 4225 State Route 69, Taberg NY 13471. The budget can also be made available by the McConnellsville Fire District Secretary. The budget may be inspected by any interested person during office hours.
