The purpose of the Public Meeting is to continue discussions on any business currently before this board. This meeting is open to the public.

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Town of Vienna Zoning Board of Appeals (ZBA) will hold a Public Hearing on Monday June 30, 2025 at 6:45 pm at the Vienna Town Hall, located at 2083 NYS Route 49, North Bay, NY. The purpose of the Public Hearing is to hear from the public comments for an area variance to allow for a 4-family residence at 7580 W Lake St, Town of Vienna. Tax map number 217.018-1-44. The related Town of Vienna Zoning Law sections are 1920A and 509.
Persons wishing to appear may do so in person or by attorney or by another representative. Written comments may also be submitted to kpavelock@townofviennany.org prior to the hearing.
