Legal Notice: Public Meeting & Public Hearing, October 3, 2024, Town of Vienna Zoning Board of Appeals
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Town of Vienna Zoning Board of Appeals (ZBA) will hold a Public Meeting on Thursday October 3 at 6:30 pm at the Vienna Town Hall, located at 2083 NYS Route 49, North Bay, NY. The purpose of the Public Meeting is to consider an area variance and a use variance for construction of a cell tower at 2083 NYS Route 49, Town of Vienna. Tax map number 217.017-1-1. The Town of Vienna Zoning Law requires a minimum side setback of 1 and ½ times the height of the tower within the Hamlet Center (HC) Zone. Cell Towers are not an allowed use in the HC Zone. The Public Hearing will begin at 7:00 pm. Persons wishing to appear may do so in person or by attorney or by another representative. Written comments may also be submitted to kpavelock@townofviennany.org prior to the hearing.
