The Town of Vienna ZBA will hold a special meeting on Monday, August 19, 2024 at 6:30 pm at the Vienna Town Hall located at 2083 NYS Route 49, North Bay.
The purpose of this meeting is to: Review application Var2024-01, Area/Use Variance for 2083 NYS Route 49.
Requesting a use variance to construct a cell tower in Hamlet Commercial (HC) Zone.
Requesting an area variance for set back of 1-1/2 times the tower height.
This meeting is open to the public.
