The Town of Vienna ZBA will hold a special meeting on Monday, September 9, 2024 at 6:30 pm at the Vienna Town Hall located at 2083 NYS Route 49, North Bay. The purpose of this meeting is to continue the review of application Var2024-01 “Area/Use Variance for 2083 NYS Route 49.” Applicant (Verizon) is requesting a use variance to construct a cell tower in Hamlet Central (HC) Zone. They are also requesting an area variance for the set back of 1-1/2 times the tower height. This meeting is open to the public.
