TOWN OF VIENNA PROHIBITION OF PARKING LAW

 

Section 1.  Title:

Be it enacted a local law shall be known as the Town of Vienna Prohibiting of Parking Law.

Section 2.  Prohibition of Parking:

No person shall park a motor vehicle, as defined in the Vehicle and Traffic Law, on any Town highway within the Town of Vienna, exclusive of the area of the Village of Sylvan Beach, between the hours of 2:00 o’clock a.m. and 6:00 o’clock a.m. of each day from the 1st day of November each year to the 1st day of April the following year. 

Section 3.  Penalties:

A violation of this Local Law shall constitute a traffic infraction punishable by a fine not to exceed $250.00 or imprisonment for a period not to exceed 15 days, or by both such fine and imprisonment.  All Vehicles will be towed at Owner’s Expense.

This Local Law of the Town of Vienna in the County of Oneida, State of New York shall take effect upon filing with the Secretary of State.
