Home Energy Assistance Program (HEAP) Application Assistance
Members of the Mohawk Valley Community Action Agency will be available on on November 6, and December 11, 2025, 9 AM to 4 PM, at the Vienna Town Hall to provide assistance in applying for Heap, the Home Energy Assistance Program.

Free 50 Forward Memberships for Town Residents
50 Forward Mohawk Valley, Verona Beach, Rt 13, provides programs and services to individuals 50+ empowering them to live healthy and vibrant lives. The Town of Vienna pays for 133 memberships for Residents of Vienna.  The Membership entitles the Resident to any free events and pickle ball. There is an additional cost for the use of the gym. You can fill out this application form and bring to the Town Clerk to verify Residency.  Qualifications for a Resident are on the back of the form. Once the 133 memberships have been filled, there will not be anymore for that year.
