Town of Vienna Local Law No. 6 of the year 2013 A local law to establish the residency requirements for the appointed office of Constable for the Town of Vienna.

Be it enacted by the town board of the Town of Vienna as follows:

LOCAL LAW #1 OF 2014 AMENDMENTS TO TOWN OF VIENNA, ONEIDA COUNTY NEW YORK ZONING LAW A LOCAL LAW AMENDING AND CLARIFYING THE TOWN OF VIENNA, ZONING ORDINANCE TO PROHIBIT GAS AND PETROLEUM MINING AND RELATED ACTIVITIES BE IT ENACTED BY THE TOWN BOARD OF THE TOWN OF VIENNA AS FOLLOWS SECTION 1: TITLE AND APPLICABILITY. The Town of Vienna hereby adopts this local law, to be known as the Town of Vienna Local Law Number 1 of 2014 Ban of Hydrofracking for Gas, Petroleum Mining and Related Activities.

Local Law #3 of 2015 Town Law Dog Control Amendment of Local Law #4 of 2010. Purpose: The Town of Vienna, New York finds that the running at large andother uncontrolled behavior of dogs has the potential to cause or has caused physical harm to persons, damage to property and created nuisances within the Town. The purpose of this Law is to protect the health, safety and well-being of persons and property by imposing restrictions and regulations upon the keeping or running at large of dogs and the seizure thereof within the Town.

TOWN OF VIENNA LOCAL LAW #2 OF 2015 ESTABLISHING A TOWN CONSTABULARY REVISED LOCAL LAW #1 OF 2015 Link to the PDF of this Law Section 1. Title: Be it enacted a local law establishing a Town Constabulary for the Town of Vienna a Town of the second class that has no police department. Section 2. Purpose: It is the purpose of this law to promote the public health, safety, and welfare in the Town of Vienna. It is to establish the Town of Vienna as a constabulary and to create the office of Town Constable as authorized by §2.10

TOWN OF VIENNA LOCAL LAW #4 OF 2016 TOWN OF VIENNA UNSAFE BUILDINGS LAW Link to the PDF of this law1. Title This local law shall be known as the “Town of Vienna UnsafeBuildings Law.”2. PurposeThe purpose of this local law is to protect the health, safety, welfare of the residents of the Town of Vienna by providing a mechanism by which the Town can require the repair, demolition or removal of unsafe buildings or structures. This law alsoshall allow the Town to recover the costs expended by the Town to repair, demolish and/or remove unsafe and/or burned outbuildings or collapsed structures, when the property owner or mortgagee refuses

Section 1: The Town Board of the Town of Vienna here by creates the position of elected tax collector, for the sole purpose of collection Real Property taxes in the town.
